Introduction
Welcome to Biograf. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Biograf mobile application and any related services provided by Biograf. By accessing or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Your access to and use of Biograf is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the app.

4. Access and Use of the App
License: Subject to these Terms, Biograf grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to use and access the app solely for your own personal, non-commercial use.App Changes and Availability: Biograf may experience delays in updating information in the app and in our advertising on other websites. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

When you create an account with Biograf, you guarantee that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All original content, features, and functionality of Biograf are and will remain the exclusive property of Biograf and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Biograf.
7. User Content
Users are responsible for their submissions and any consequences of posting or publishing them. Biograf does not claim ownership of your content, but you grant us a license to use it.
8. Prohibited Conduct
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited on Biograf:
Harassment: Any form of harassment, bullying, or intimidation is prohibited. This includes targeting other users based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
Hate Speech: No forms of hate speech or content that promotes violence or discrimination.
Explicit Content: Posting or sharing sexually explicit or violent material is not allowed.
Illegal Activities: Engaging in illegal activities or promoting such activities is prohibited.

Biograf its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the app will function uninterrupted, b) will be available at any particular time or location, c) any errors or defects will be corrected, d) the app is free of viruses or other harmful components.
10. Limitation of Liability
Except as prohibited by law, you will hold us and our officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damage, however it arises (including attorneys' fees and all related costs and expenses of litigation and arbitration, or at trial or on appeal, if any, whether or not litigation or arbitration is instituted), whether in an action of contract, negligence, or other tortious action, or arising out of or in connection with this agreement, including without limitation any claim for personal injury or property damage, arising from this agreement and any violation by you of any federal, state, or local laws, statutes, rules, or regulations, even if company has been previously advised of the possibility of such damage.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Biograf and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the app, or b) a breach of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Washington, and the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
